Arcade Apartments is designed to embrace and support local artists who have a passion for their art–and a vision to foster and build a sense of community with fellow artist. Created by an award winning architecture and design team, these shared work and studio spaces feature plenty of natural light, open floor plans and special attention to soundproofing (available for use by residents at no additional charge and can be reserved in advance). Soundproofing makes it perfect for performance, practice, and any form of artistic creation—and residents in any one of our St. Louis luxury apartments will be able to put them to use. From the moment you move into our Arcade Apartments, you’ll be able to take advantage of our rooftop terrace and our outdoor fireplace to meet up with great minds that think alike, and host art show receptions.
